These Terms of Service govern your use of AntiDeepfake AI, including the web application, browser extension, API, and self hosted Docker deployment (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you get with your license

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AntiDeepfake AI for your personal or internal business purposes. Your license includes the web dashboard, browser extension, REST API access with your personal API key, and the right to self host using our Docker image.

2. Acceptable use

• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or your API key to third parties without written authorization.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for circumvention purposes, or overload the Service.
• You are responsible for the media you upload and for having the legal right to analyze it.

3. What the results mean (and what they do not mean)

Deepfake detection is probabilistic. The Service provides confidence scores and forensic indicators. It does not provide legal proof. Results should be used as one input among others in your decision process, not as the sole basis for consequential decisions. We disclaim liability for decisions made solely on detection output.

4. API usage

Your API key is personal and confidential. Reasonable rate limits apply to ensure fair use across all users. We reserve the right to suspend keys involved in abuse or excessive automated usage that degrades service for others.

5. Payment and refunds

6. Intellectual property

All software, detection models, documentation, and branding are owned by AntiDeepfake AI or its licensors. Your license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your license, API key, and access will be deactivated.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
