1. License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AntiDeepfake AI for your personal or internal business purposes, including the web app, browser extension, and API, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

• You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• You will not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or your API key without authorization.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or overload the Service.
• You are responsible for the media you upload and for having the right to analyze it.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Deepfake detection is probabilistic. The Service provides confidence scores and forensic indicators, not legal proof. Results should be used as one input among others and not as the sole basis for consequential decisions. We disclaim liability for decisions made solely on detection output.

4. API Usage

Your API key is personal and confidential. Reasonable rate limits may apply to ensure fair use. We may suspend keys involved in abuse.

5. Payment & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All software, models, and branding are owned by AntiDeepfake AI or its licensors. Your license does not transfer ownership.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
